In 2015, the founder of Seashell Robotics began to engage in the underwater Vessel cleaning service industry.
In 2019, at the request of Vesselowners, we began researching the design of ROV robots to solve the problem that divers were unable to clean Vessels in dangerous conditions such as rapids and muddy waters.
In 2021, we established Seashell Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. At the same time, the prototype of the ROV robot also appeared and was continuously improved in Vessel cleaning practice.
In 2023, Seashell Robotics ROV will be able to officially perform Vessel cleaning operations.
In 2024, the performance of ROV has been fully upgraded, especially the integrated design of propeller and high-power motor developed independently by us, which makes the machine smaller in size and has stronger adhesion, making ROV more convenient to operate in ports and anchorages. Within the throttling range, the propeller can be used to push back the water to achieve hull attachment and stable operation.
At present, we have obtained 9 utility model patents, 5 software patents and 1 invention patent for our ROV. We are still continuing to improve our machines to reach higher levels.
Our company as a national high-tech intelligent technology enterprise, and has signed strategic cooperation agreements with many Chinese diving companies such as Qingdao Hero Shanghai Penglang, Shanghai Changyun, Guangxi Huichuang, etc. In terms of quality safety and operation qualifications, our company has successively obtained CDSA (China Diving and Salvage Industry Association), offshore salvage qualifications, diving operation safety qualifications, passed the second-level diving operation qualification, and obtained CCS (China), ABS (USA), LR (UK), BV (France), DNV (Norway), NK (Japan), KR (South Korea), GL (Germany), RINA (Italy) and other 9 national classification society approval certificates.

Non Destructive Cleaning With Cavitation Jet
Cavitation jet is a new underwater facility cleaning technology formed by introducing cavitation phenomenon into water jet technology. It is currently the most advanced underwater biological cleaning technology in the world. Cavitation technology is to control the pressure, flow rate and other parameters to generate a large number of cavitation bubbles when the water flows through the cavitation nozzle, and use the cavitation bubbles to collapse in a narrow area on the surface of the material to produce micro-jet impacts of up to 140-170Mpa, so as to achieve the purpose of efficiently cleaning the ship body without damaging the hull paint.
